Delete Account

To delete your account, email [email protected] from the email address registered on your Setlgao account. Include the subject line Account Deletion Request and confirm that you want permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data.

For security, we may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.

Verified deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. Some backups or logs may persist for a limited period before being overwritten according to our retention schedule.

Upon successful deletion, we remove or anonymize, where applicable:

• Account profile information (name, email, phone)
• Authentication credentials and session data
• Test attempt history and dashboard analytics tied to your account
• Support correspondence linked to your profile
• Saved preferences and non-essential cookies associated with your account

We may retain certain records where required by law or legitimate business needs, including:

• Transaction and invoice records for tax, accounting, and dispute resolution
• Records needed to enforce our Terms or investigate fraud or abuse
• Aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you

Retained data is limited to what is necessary and protected under our Privacy Policy.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Download any results or certificates you wish to keep before submitting your request. Active subscriptions or unused paid access may be forfeited upon deletion; see our Refund Policy if you have billing questions.
