You must be at least 13 years of age to use Setlgao. If you are under 18, you should use the platform with parental or guardian consent where required by law. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. You must provide accurate registration details and keep your profile information up to date.

You agree not to:

• Cheat, share answers, or attempt to manipulate scoring systems
• Share, copy, or redistribute paid test content without authorization
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract platform content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with platform security
• Harass other users or misuse support channels
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

The Setlgao brand, website design, software, logos, and platform infrastructure are owned by Setlgao or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased content for personal educational use only.

Mock tests, questions, explanations, analytics models, and related educational materials are proprietary to Setlgao or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, or create derivative works from test content except as expressly permitted on the platform.

We strive to keep Setlgao available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or force majeure events may temporarily affect service. Exam patterns and syllabus references may change; content is updated periodically but may not reflect the latest official notifications instantly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Setlgao and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to paid services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our Academic Integrity policy, or applicable law. You may stop using the platform at any time and may request account deletion as described on our Delete Account page.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to your use of Setlgao, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
