Refunds are generally not available when:

• You have completed or substantially attempted purchased mock tests
• The 7-day request window has passed
• The product was purchased during a clearly marked non-refundable promotion
• Abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms is detected

Approved refund requests are reviewed within up to 7 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method where supported by our payment partner. Processing times by banks or payment providers may vary.
