Grade I vs Grade III — Key Differences
RRB Technician Grade I (Signal) CBT has 100 questions in 90 minutes across five sections: General Awareness (15), Reasoning (15), Computers (20), Mathematics (20), and Basic Science & Engineering (30). The Science & Engineering section is unique to Grade I and carries the most weight.
Compared to Grade III's four equal sections, Grade I demands stronger technical preparation — especially in Computers and Basic Science & Engineering topics relevant to railway signalling.
